The Journal was established in 1991 in the name of (Assiut Journal of Science and Arts of Physical Education) and the head of the Journal was Professor Dr. Wadee Maximus Daoed, dean of the faculty and was specialized in publishing research and articles according to various educational, sports, health and psychological education, physiotherapy and sports medicine and continued to publish these researches in the Arabic language In 2013, the performance developed, and the Journal publishes these researches in the foreign language and also participates in all scientific symposia and conferences at the local and international levels.
