Abstract

Taebo training helps to improve the body fitness and the level of skillful performance because it is considered an integrated program for fitness. These exercises are useful through continuous performance in addition to the skillful side. They contribute in the improvement of the psychological state of practitioners and increase their sense of joy and happiness (5: 6).
