The educational program's designer in micro teaching tries to reduce common complications in usual teaching situations by reducing the number of learners to (5) learner. After showing the skill in which the learners participate, the teacher and the learner proceed with watching, analyzing and criticizing the skill. If there was a crucial need to repeat and re-plan the lesson, the teacher puts another plan for the micro lesson, teaches it to a group of learners and records the skill by video recorder. The skill can be repeated as much as needed for the development and improvement of the learners' skill.
