Research Methodology
The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the objectives and questions of the research.
Research Population
The research population consisted of javelin throwers at Mansoura Club, totaling eight competitors registered with the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the 2022/2023 sports season.
Research Sample
The research population consisted of javelin throwers at Mansoura Club, totaling eight competitors who were enrolled in the Egyptian Athletics Federation during the 2022/2023 sports season. An additional exploratory sample of two competitors from the same population but outside the main sample was also selected.
Criteria for Selecting the Research Sample
• Not practicing any other activity.
• Practicing javelin throw for not less than four years.
• Free from any postural deviations or sports injuries.
Sample Homogeneity
The researcher conducted homogeneity analysis for the research sample
Tools and Devices Used in the Research
• Rostameter device for measuring height and weight.
• X-ray bone imaging device (X-Ray).
• X-ray analysis device for measuring bone density.
• Caliper device for measuring bone lengths, widths, and thicknesses.
• Measuring tape for measuring limb segment lengths
