The study aimed to design a recovery program for young gymnasts and to investigate its effect on biological variables (heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, maximum oxygen consumption, blood lactic acid level, vital capacity) and stress level in the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the current study using a single-group experimental design using pre- and post-measurements. The research sample was selected intentionally from young gymnasts aged 13-14 years at Al-Tai Sports Club (10 players). The researcher used appropriate measurements and tests for the biological variables. The results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in the biological variables and a decrease in the stress level of the research sample. The researcher recommends the importance of coaches applying different recovery programs and integrating them with physical and skill training programs for gymnasts, and the necessity of providing the necessary facilities to achieve the means of recovery training in the best way .
