Abstract

Research hypotheses:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and postmeasurements of the experimental group in the vital capacity and the rate of exhaled air in the first second in favor of the post measurement.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in (the component of respiratory cyclic endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance) in favor of the post measurement
