The danger of obesity at such a young age lies in the fact that it is associated with many probable health risks like heart disease, blood vessels, digestive system, high blood pressure, increased blood cholesterol, diabetes mellitus type 2, and several psychological and social problems (7: 266).Obesity in adulthood is likely to increase steadily the more when the more the child is obese after the age of three year regardless of his parents being obese or not. Whereas the prospects for a child to remain obese in adulthood exceed 50% in the case of obese children at childhood, this ratio does not exceed 10% even if a child was not obese at a younger age (12: 373( .

The significance of the study lies in the emphasis it places on the impact which organizational culture that is current in sports federations in the State of Qatar has on performance levels. Hence, the study seeks to decipher the degree of correlation between success or failure of sports federations and the type of organizational culture embraced in these federations. Similarly, the choice of sports federations in Qatar to undertake the present research and explore the effect of organizational culture on innovative abilities is an important step given that the State of Qatar is the country that continues to organize most of the sports games in the Middle East.

The researcher noticed, through his follow-up of hockey world championship, that the players during the matches in general enjoyed quick and accurate skill performance in addition to their execution of tactical performance in accordance with the nature of each play situation which allowed the player to achieve the best performance in the match. On the contrary, he noticed that the Egyptian players had a slow skill performance in addition to the lack of clear playing plans either in defensive or offensive playing during the match. Also, they did not play the modern hockey which depends on moves, touches and techniques.

There is no doubt that Gymnastics sport is one kind of sports completely depends on large muscles like arm muscles , shoulders .The ongoing changes to the law of Arbitration Gymnastics put further burdens on the training programs makers or authors and on its development , to catch up and follow the progress. And from this we need to develop training programs. Willardson also points out that in recent years the attention of the specialists in the field of fitness has increased to the use of trunk stability exercises .William, Prentice and Daniel suggested that body core consists of a group of muscles known as PELVIC-LUMBER-HIP compels, and they consist of 29 muscles. Also the body core is the center of mass .Willardson (2008) Quinn (2005) and James (2005) they all agreed that body core stability exercises are from the methods of modern physical training of the body muscles. The basic objective of these exercises is to develop and increase the strength of the deep muscles of trunk. It is considered that the fundamental importance of body core stability training is to control and fix trunk and pelvic joint muscles. The gymnast moves in a way against the gravity, so when the gymnast doing those skills, he needs fixation of the pelvic joint and lower back .

The kinetic tasks technique aims at motivating the learner to depend on himself and establish the kinetic skills as these tasks are provided for the learner without any intervention or participation on the part of the teacher. These forms should be graded in difficulty and the learner can choose what commensurate with his abilities, potentials and aptitudes as a first step from which he steps to the second task so that he may be able to achieve the requirements of the last task. (Saeed El Shahid, 1997; 69)(20).

To succeed in this brave new world of global e-business, sport marketers must understand what threats the Internet poses to sport e-sponsoring and what opportunities may open up with this new medium. Hence, before integrating the Internet into a sport sponsorship package for a global market, marketers need to be able to judge whether the personality of the sponsor’s brand aligns well with the Internet and if the Internet fits with the target audience (17).

The researchers conducted the scientific coefficients of two questionnaire forms on sample consists of (20 person) of the research sample and outside the sample. The agreement coefficient between each sentence and its total dimension was used to calculate the two forms credibility. The calculated "R" value of time management ranged between (0.51, 0.95) which is bigger than its tubular value at level (0.05), which confirms the sentences credibility. The calculated "R" value of best scientific methods of time management ranged between (0.72, 0.99) which is bigger than its tubular value at (0.05) which shows the sentences credibility, Then the researcher used Test – Re – Test method to find the two forms stability. It showed also that there is a statically significant correlation between first and second applications for questionnaire sentences of time management where the calculated "R" value ranged between (0.96: 0.99) which is bigger than its tubular value at level (0.05) which the questionnaire stability. Also there is a statically significant correlation between first and second applications for questionnaire sentences of best scientific methods of time management where the calculated "R" value ranged between (0.86 : 0.97) which is bigger than its tubular value at level (0.05) which signify the questionnaire stability. Then put the two last questionnaire forms, attachment (6,7), and a tri-estimate scale of questionnaire sentences have been put, " agree (5), "a little agree" (3) , and " disagree" (1).

The impact of hardiness represents in the role of mediator between the individual's cognitive assessment of the stressed experiences and preparing and processing of coping strategies to reduce the amount of psychological stress experiences. Psychological hardiness also helps the individual to deal with stresses effectively, and that the individual who has the psychological hardiness uses the evaluation and coping strategies effectively. This indicates that the individual has a high level of psychological confidence. Thus, this individual estimates the stressed situation as less threating and then re-builds it into something more positive. (1)

The achievement motivation is one of very important aspects of humanitarian motivation system. It is a fundamental component in the process of individual's realization, behavior guidance, and self-actualization through goals achievement. Scientists and researchers, such as McClelland, indicate that the achievement motivation is a default configuration that means the feeling of evaluative performance, where there is a competition to achieve the excellence standards. It is also that feeling of failure, through the individual's endeavors to exert maximum effort and struggle for success and achieve the best and superiority over others. (21)

Previous studies comparing land-based and aquatic plyometric programs have been completed in varying depths of water (Gehlsen et al., 1984; Gregory, 1986; Prins & Cutner, 1999; Robinson et al., 2004; Tovin et al., 1994). These studies have shown that both shallow-water and deep-water training have benefits depending on the type and goal of training; however, previous studies have not used a predefined water depth to perform aquatic plyometric programs. In addition, training in water too deep might inhibit the stretch reflex and negate plyometric-training benefits. The purpose of the study was to compare effects of chest- and hip-deepwater aquatic plyometrics and land-based plyometrics on power, lower body strength and speed among volleyball players.

Hosny Elgbely (2005) refers to that, it's able to consider the optically disabled are a special category when comparing with their counterparts in the other categories, the optical disability may be one of these factors with the negative effect on the optically disabled feelings, as he find a difficulty in describing his feelings towards the others and towards himself, because the disability creates a feeling on unconfident of himself, that imposes him to separate from the society he lives in, also the blindness puts the optically disabled in a social isolation, as he can't interact with the surrounding people, or with the outer environment with all its variables. Two competing theories were tested. The single factor model hypothesizes that the measures of mental health and mental illness reflect a single latent factor, support for which would indicate that the absence of mental illness implies the presence of mental health. The two-factor model hypothesizes that the measures of mental illness represent the latent factor of mental health that is distinct from, but correlated with the latent factor of mental illness that is represented by the measures of mental illness. The data strongly supported the two-factor model, which was a nearly perfect fitting model to the American findings (Keyes, 2005). As predicted, there is a modest association between mental health and mental illness; level of mental health tends to increase as level of mental illness decreases. However, the modest correlation suggests that the latent constructs of mental health and mental illness are distinctive. The evidence indicates that the absence of mental illness does not imply the presence of mental health, and the absence of mental health does not imply the presence of mental illness. Rather, mental health is a complete state that is best studied through the combined assessments of mental health with mental illness. Complete mental health is a state, in which individuals are free of mental illness and they are flourishing. Of course, flourishing may sometimes occur with an episode of mental illness, and moderate mental health and languishing can occur both with and without a mental illness.
