Scamper Technique to promote creative thinking and learning the compound attack in fencing
Mona
Mohamed-Kamal Hijazi
Creativity is an effective mean of reducing the cultural and scientific gap between nations. It is also a crucial factor in the progress of societies in all areas of human activity. There are many types of thinking, one of the most important is creative thinking. Revealing the creative thinking skills is very important, as possessing these skills has a positive impact on the entire educational process. The importance of this research in being one of the studies that is concerned about involvement of students in the learning process by using an unconventional technique, which may contribute to increasing their learning of offensive skills and developing the level of creative thinking. This study aimed to identify the effect of using SCAMPER on the creative thinking and the level of compound attack in fencing among female students. The researcher used the experimental method by using pre and post measurements for creative thinking level by using The Figural TTCT "Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking", and the post-measurement for compound attack, using two groups, experimental and control, on a sample of (51) second year female students on the Faculty of Physical Education, Sadat City University, (11) for survey study, (40) for basic study. The results showed that the level of creative thinking of the study sample was low. There were statistically significant differences between pre and post measurements for the experimental group in each of creative thinking abilities (originality, flexibility, detail perception, fluency), and the total sum of creative thinking in the direction of post-measurements. While for the control group there were statistically significant differences between pre and post measurements in flexibility only and statistically insignificant in each of creative thinking abilities (originality, detail perception, fluency), and the total sum of creative thinking. There were statistically significant differences in the post-measurements between the experimental and the control groups at the level of each of the abilities (originality, flexibility, detail perception, fluency) and the total sum of creative thinking, in the direction of experimental group.

Systems and techniques of administrative ommunication under the auspices of youth at Fayoum University
The researcher noted that the Department of Youth Care lacks modern technological methods in communication processes that help to link and document the link to its departments, resulting in a communication gap between the Youth Welfare Department and its departments, in addition to many obstacles that limit the effectiveness of communication. Obstacles personal or private means used or regulatory or environmental, which drew the researcher's interest to identify the role of administrative communication systems and techniques in the development of the level of performance of the staff of the Department of Youth Care - Fayoum University.

Modern tools, techniques, modern educational strategies and advanced learning concepts have emerged to help us provide effective learning that is appropriate for each student's abilities. There are large numbers of learners working to transform their learning process upside down by replacing their classes and traditional lectures with educational videos. This process is known as flipped learning or flipped classes and has been described as the future of education by many interested in the development of teaching methods and strategies. (Davis 2012)

The Preferential Expression pattern of insulin-like growth factor -1 and its isoforms in the gastrocnemius muscle suggests preferential roles in the running and Sedentary Adolescents
Abdelrahman
Mansour Abdelgaber
Human (Castaneda et al., 2000; Marcell et al., 2001) and animal (Edwall et al., 1989; Ullman et al., 1990) studies suggest that IGF-1 is an important regu- lator of skeletal muscle growth. Circulat- ing IGF-1 is required for muscle and bone growth in adolescence and for the maintenance of muscle mass and strength in the adolescent period as well as in adulthood. Serum level of IGF-1 not only affects proliferation of peripheral tissues but also affects CNS development and proliferation (Jeon and Ha, 2014). For example serum IGF‐1 induces neuro- genesis during brain development and has an important role in repair processes of traumatic brain (Madathil and Saat- man, 2014). It was found that this IFG-1- induced neurogenesis is enhanced by exercise (Trejo et al., 2002). IGF-1 in the blood reach its peak during adolescence and is maintained at somewhat lower levels during adulthood (Hameed et. al., 2002).

While higher spectrum is associated with wellbeing many national and international organizations that focus on health, e.g. the American College of Sports Medicine (Ehrman, 2010) and the World Health Organization (World Health Organization, 2010), recommend exercise interventions targeting CRP. Because this health-related fitness parameter must be monitored periodically to evaluate its progress, appropriate tests should be applied. Consequently, the lower spectrum of cardiorespiratory power (CRP) is associated with heart and pulmonary diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, and intermittent claudication) (Pedersen and Saltin, 2006), its higher spectrum is linked not only to the absence of the aforementioned diseases, but also to wellbeing. Maximal oxygen uptake, i.e., the maximal quantity of oxygen received by human body through the respiratory system and transferred from lungs to tissues through the cardiovascular system where it is consumed, is regarded as the gold standard in the assessment of CRP.
