Triple Jump is a major event that is affected greatly with the advances of motor analysis for champions’ performance to identify optimum technique with the aim of improving specific learning and training programs. This is not a new trend but it has become very important recently. This indicates the importance of biomechanical analysis of triple jump. Performance levels of this event have reached impressive quantitative and qualitative levels worldwide. This is due to the use of scientific approaches in teaching and training.

This marks the importance of coordination abilities when juniors perform moves that require using more than one organ of the body in one time especially if these organs work in more than one direction in the same time. The accordance component requires a full cooperation between the muscular and nervous systems to be able to perform skills as perfect as possible especially the complicated ones which require merging skills of different kinds in one frame.

In the light of policies and directives of establishing and improving sports clubs in governorates, and through the efforts of the National Council of Sport in monitoring sports-related issues and phenomena that negatively affect the development of Egyptian sport, it is clear that most sports clubs in governorates are unable to fulfill their missions due to the lack of financial aid to pay for sports activities and improving facilities. This puts such clubs under the threat of loosing their popularity and competitiveness with the newly emerging clubs of companies and ministries with all its mass financial capabilities. This requires support for such clubs to increase their value add and enrich sports competitions.

The researcher noticed during her work as a teacher of kinetic expression in general and modern creative dance in particular in Physical Education Faculty that there is a considerable decrease in the performance level of the female students in the skills of the kinetic phrase designated for them. The researcher attributed this to the decrease of coordination abilities level related to raising the performance level of some skills the students have which led to their being unable to perform in smooth sequential way especially in performing the complex motor skills that require a coordination between the moves performance of the head, the arms and the legs, which affected the smooth motor performance. Also, the lack of economizing the exerted effort due to their use of the muscle groups which are not desired in the performance. This reflected on the students’ performance level of motor skills designated for them and consequently on technical and performance form of the kinetic phrase as a whole. By viewing many modern training methods and techniques, the researcher saw that improving the performance level of the students can be done by developing the coordination abilities which have a clear role in raising the performance level of some modern dance skills, through using a new kind of training which is the cross training by making a suitable training program based on scientific bases and contains athletic activities and diverse training techniques of the cross trainings.

The Analytical approach maintains that anxiety is a warning signal of danger that is, letting out the pent-up emotions from the unconsciousness to the consciousness, which, In turn, urges the Ego's defences to face this danger (17). The Behaviourists, however, consider anxiety as an acquired/learned behaviour from the environment in which a person lives in terms of positive and negative reinforcements. Behaviourists do not believe in the unconscious motives, but they explain anxiety in terms of action-response classical conditioning, that is, the association of a new motive with an old one. The new motive becomes able to recall the old motive's response (7). This means that anxiety is an acquired, conditioned response of fear; and the individual is unaware of its normal, original impetus (6). Whereas Humanists see anxiety as fear of the future, and that each future event bears a threat to one's existence and humanity. Anxiety stems from what an individual expects to happen and not from the individual's past (6).

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of a team's level on the performance of skills (serve, reception, spike, block and dig) in high level volleyball. Thirty-eight mens matches of London Olympics Games 2012 and 38 mens matches of the Olympics Games of Beijing 2008 were purchased from the international volleyball Federation and analyzed. The performance of skills was evaluated in relation to the success and options that these skills give to one's team. The team's level was established in relation to the final classification of the team in both competitions (level 1: 1st - 4th; level 2: 5th - 8th; & level 3: 9th - 12th). Six observers participated in the study. In London Olympics Games 2012 the results show a high significant difference between teams' levels for the skills of spiking and setting. The dig and reception are the skills that differentiates the teams of level 1 with the teams of level 2. In Beijing Olympics Games2008, we found a significant difference in the performance of the set in the teams of level 1. An increase in success of reception, spike, reception and dig in relation to the level of the team is observed.

The sitting volleyball activity (for the physically disabled) is one of the most spreading athletic activities in the practice sector of the physically disabled as it enjoys a team competitive and recreation nature. This game became dynamic and results in high excitement level specially when practicing the technical and tactical requirements of the game. Alsaied Abdel Maksoud (1997) indicated that the profile of each athletic activity has to be determined according to the activity requirements and the suitable training procedures. Of the important matters in training is to know which muscle and in which trainings, also which level of load. Body parts differ in concentration when developing the strength level in certain muscle groups, in other parts, this level is developed in all the muscle groups in general. (153: 2)
