Adductor muscle strains are much more detected in football than other sports. (Timothy Tyler et al., 2014), (Jonas Werner et al., 2009), (Lynch and Renstrom, 1999), (Ekstrand and Gillquist, 1983). The Adductors are a group of muscles in the inner thigh that operate in order to contribute flexion, adduction and rotation of the hip joint. (Marieb, 2000), (Calais-Germain, 1993). The Football sport demands a strong eccentric contraction of the adductor muscle while the game and the practice. (John Orchard et al., 2000).

The researcher noted deficiencies of some juniors in the stage of crossing the hurdle in the championship of the Republic under (18) years old, which in turn affects the numerical level; the researcher has attributed this to the low level of flexibility that is considered as a foundation stone in the 110meter hurdle. Having a reference to the results of international standard numbers to the 110meter hurdles race, the researcher noted a decrease in the level of the Egyptian record compared to the international one, and the following table illustrates this:

The test aims at measuring the effectiveness of return shots in random from the automatic shuttlecock shooter machine (SIBOASI S3025), the player takes the base position in midcourt setting and modifying the shooter to 20 badminton per minute Fig. (7) lobbing 20-60 (1:3) thus all the shots fall in random on all parts of court ,the player moves suitably to return all shots to the opponent's Curt, the effectiveness of the player is measured (%) dividing successful shots into libeler shots using the equality the number of good shots/20x100.
To get the final form of the proposed tests we should see the experts' opinions and do practical experiments to get (Validity, Reliability and Objectivity) to achieve the survey goals .The experts (8)agree to the survey (1 completely disagree: 5 agree) and this ensure the suggested content-logical validity for applying. There's a comparison study between applied test & T-drill test (Mackenzie, 2005), as an outside-critical test to measure agility, Fig. (8) to estimate the validity. The player should stand on the high starting position on T (cone A), run forward (10m)to touch the first cone upon the angle between the base and the horizontal segment (cone B), move (5m) inside steps on right to (cone D), then move (10m) in side steps to touch (cone C)on left, after that move inside steps to (cone B), Run backward (10m) to the end point (cone A), recording time (1/10) sec. (37: 70-71). To compare the results of suggested tests for agility with results of time ground contact during jumping (average of four jumps). The Just Jump Test (SKU7610) from the power systems (Fig. 9) which contains a square jumping pad (27 inch) connected with hand held computer (Marei & Salem 2016) (38). The comparison deals with the higher and lower Quartet for (specific or unspecific players) to get discrimination validity, all these help recognizing the test ability to distinguish the different levels of juniors in specific agility.

The objective of this research was to identify biomechanical differences of the striking arm of forehand and backhand service skills and the two researchers used the descriptive method depending on video analysis technique of high speed for the skill through the Simi Motor program. The research sample consisted of 5 players classified as the best 10 players at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt under 19 years.
The two researchers used a statistical program (SPSS) where 10 trials of forehand service and 10 trials of backhand service were treated.
The two researchers concluded that the squash player benefits from the right shoulder velocity of the striking arm during the moment of hitting and the horizontal and vertical velocities of the ball in the backhand service are faster than those in the forehand service. It was recommended that mechanical characteristics achieved by the two researchers enable to determine the effectiveness of the skill performance of backhand and forehand services in squash players in addition to considering giving exercises to improve strength differentiated by speed for the two arms.

The current research aims to identify the effects of distinct learning according to learners’ learning styles (audio – visual – motor) on the technical performance level of some basic basketball skills (chest pass – dribbling – ladder shot) for female students of the second stage of basic education. The research used the experimental approach (two-group design) with pre- and post-measurements. Research community (n=230) included all second-grade students of Al-Zahra Prep school for girls – Tanta during the academic year (2015-2016). Participants (n=50) were purposefully chosen (21.7% of research community) and divided into two equivalent groups (experimental = control = 25). All students who are injured or with previous experience of basketball were excluded. Another (52) students were chosen as a pilot sample. Results indicated that:
The traditional approach (instruction and model) had positive effects on the technical performance level of basketball skills under investigation for the control group.
The recommended educational program using distinct learning in the light of learning styles had positive effects on the technical performance level of basketball skills under investigation for the experimental group.
The recommended educational program using distinct learning in the light of learning styles was more effective on the technical performance level of basketball skills under investigation compared to the traditional approach (instruction and model).
