Creativity is an effective mean of reducing the cultural and scientific gap between nations. It is also a crucial factor in the progress of societies in all areas of human activity. There are many types of thinking, one of the most important is creative thinking. Revealing the creative thinking skills is very important, as possessing these skills has a positive impact on the entire educational process. The importance of this research in being one of the studies that is concerned about involvement of students in the learning process by using an unconventional technique, which may contribute to increasing their learning of offensive skills and developing the level of creative thinking. This study aimed to identify the effect of using SCAMPER on the creative thinking and the level of compound attack in fencing among female students. The researcher used the experimental method by using pre and post measurements for creative thinking level by using The Figural TTCT "Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking", and the post-measurement for compound attack, using two groups, experimental and control, on a sample of (51) second year female students on the Faculty of Physical Education, Sadat City University, (11) for survey study, (40) for basic study. The results showed that the level of creative thinking of the study sample was low. There were statistically significant differences between pre and post measurements for the experimental group in each of creative thinking abilities (originality, flexibility, detail perception, fluency), and the total sum of creative thinking in the direction of post-measurements. While for the control group there were statistically significant differences between pre and post measurements in flexibility only and statistically insignificant in each of creative thinking abilities (originality, detail perception, fluency), and the total sum of creative thinking. There were statistically significant differences in the post-measurements between the experimental and the control groups at the level of each of the abilities (originality, flexibility, detail perception, fluency) and the total sum of creative thinking, in the direction of experimental group.
The researcher noted that the Department of Youth Care lacks modern technological methods in communication processes that help to link and document the link to its departments, resulting in a communication gap between the Youth Welfare Department and its departments, in addition to many obstacles that limit the effectiveness of communication. Obstacles personal or private means used or regulatory or environmental, which drew the researcher's interest to identify the role of administrative communication systems and techniques in the development of the level of performance of the staff of the Department of Youth Care - Fayoum University.
that the compatibility between the muscles working in the movement depends on the mechanism of muscle work, the compatibility works to be the contraction of the muscles in the joint in the direction required for movement and regulates the nervous system internal compatibility in the same muscle and also between the muscles working in Performance by organizing close cooperation between these working muscles and working to reduce the degree of resistance caused by the muscles, Which contributes significantly to the ability of the muscles working to produce more muscle strength. And that among the reasons which leading to the depression of the elderly are those related to the changes in physiological and functional, which occur at this age (60-70) years and taking a negative regression line in the functional processes of the various organs of the body. (58:14) (55:22)
The researcher noted through teaching and training Hockey field courses for students of the third year of the Faculty of Physical Education Damietta University that most students do not know the performance of the skills playing by reversed bat face , This led the researcher to teach some skills that playing by opposite bat face for these students using learning by Systems method.
1- There are statistically significant differences between pre. and post measurement of experimental group in badminton individual playing skills and knowledge attainment (in search) in favor to post measurement.
The field of education technology has developed widely in the forms of media, communication and theoretical foundations of learning materials and systems. We have moved from silent films to programmed education, to multimedia packages, to web learning, etc. "Building" creativity can include a variety of activities based on the design model. Design and development processes are affected by a large number of digital and analog technologies used to build or configure learning materials and environments, Such as 3D interactive models &designing a web-based constructivist learning environments and educational simulation systems. Brand loyalty is one of the topics that occupy a large part of marketers' interest in general and sports marketers in particular, where sports clubs seek to enhance loyalty of current consumers within commercialization era of football industry especially with the active role played by consumers in this industry. So, clubs make efforts to preserve current consumers and also attract new ones, which is reflected on brand value, that ultimately translates into financial revenues represented in: viewing rates, match tickets, commercial sales and sports sponsorship.
Modern tools, techniques, modern educational strategies and advanced learning concepts have emerged to help us provide effective learning that is appropriate for each student's abilities. There are large numbers of learners working to transform their learning process upside down by replacing their classes and traditional lectures with educational videos. This process is known as flipped learning or flipped classes and has been described as the future of education by many interested in the development of teaching methods and strategies. (Davis 2012)
The time has come for all the workers in the field of education to unite in order to benefit the modern Egypt and its credibility, leaving the focus on conservation, teaching and traditional methods of teaching that are not in line with the requirements of the age, focusing on educational strategies and modern teaching methods in order to prepare the citizen for productive work, Creative and creative (20:
The use of weighted fingers as a method of training in basketball lead to increase and improve the proportion of correct shooting , as well as raise the level of dribbling and scrolling , double the strength of fingers, wrist and palm hand in general and help the strength Flexibility and bearing fingers which will improve these skills (4),and that after 3 months of weight training which indicated that the weighted fingers training increased the rate of grip strength about 2.1 kg between the elderly (3) .
Therefore, our bodies have become abnormal because of our high level of machine use , So if most of the work we do not move only a small part of our muscles has replaced the machine place all what we were doing, we find the replacement of the elevator place of stairs, cars walking place, and appliances and tools used all this led to a lack of movement and dependence on the basic Technology in all aspects of daily life, which led to high rates of weight and obesity, and therefore may be exposed to many diseases that adversely affect the health status of the individual and thus the individual's life in contemporary society, making it a barrier often in carrying out his duty habitually.
Human (Castaneda et al., 2000; Marcell et al., 2001) and animal (Edwall et al., 1989; Ullman et al., 1990) studies suggest that IGF-1 is an important regu- lator of skeletal muscle growth. Circulat- ing IGF-1 is required for muscle and bone growth in adolescence and for the maintenance of muscle mass and strength in the adolescent period as well as in adulthood. Serum level of IGF-1 not only affects proliferation of peripheral tissues but also affects CNS development and proliferation (Jeon and Ha, 2014). For example serum IGF‐1 induces neuro- genesis during brain development and has an important role in repair processes of traumatic brain (Madathil and Saat- man, 2014). It was found that this IFG-1- induced neurogenesis is enhanced by exercise (Trejo et al., 2002). IGF-1 in the blood reach its peak during adolescence and is maintained at somewhat lower levels during adulthood (Hameed et. al., 2002).
The scientific development of teaching and learning methods is a goal sought by faculties of physical education to provide their knowledge and concepts in a simplified way to prepare and develop female students, as they are the teachers and coaches of tomorrow, so learning is one of the most important stages to reach a high level of owning the method of performance near the best technical performance that Is the cornerstone of excellence and improved performance, as well as confidence in being teachers and trainers of tomorrow.
While higher spectrum is associated with wellbeing many national and international organizations that focus on health, e.g. the American College of Sports Medicine (Ehrman, 2010) and the World Health Organization (World Health Organization, 2010), recommend exercise interventions targeting CRP. Because this health-related fitness parameter must be monitored periodically to evaluate its progress, appropriate tests should be applied. Consequently, the lower spectrum of cardiorespiratory power (CRP) is associated with heart and pulmonary diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, and intermittent claudication) (Pedersen and Saltin, 2006), its higher spectrum is linked not only to the absence of the aforementioned diseases, but also to wellbeing. Maximal oxygen uptake, i.e., the maximal quantity of oxygen received by human body through the respiratory system and transferred from lungs to tissues through the cardiovascular system where it is consumed, is regarded as the gold standard in the assessment of CRP.
The water polo considers one of the sports activities that characterized with its differ from the rest of the sports activities, as it requiring proficiency of swimming ways and superiority in the performance level which make the using muscles work has an especially nature and kind. It resulted by producing the power in the muscles’ fibers, and this power is different in its nature and average betweenwhiles and from distance to another according to the dexterity kinetic responses of the water polo player.
There are three discipline groups according to a main component analysis: A) the “Speed” type includes each of 100 m hurdles, high jump, 200 m run, and long jump, B) the “Explosive power” type (maximum strength and speed strength) comprised shotput and javelin throw, and C) the “ Speed Endurance” type consisted of the 800 m run [7][9][26].
There are some factors that lead to or help in the injury of the cruciate ligament and all knee injuries such as weakness of the surrounding muscles affecting the movement of the knee and the inconsistent movements may be the result of poor rehabilitation after long injuries and constant stress and this leads to the knee joint or the muscles working involuntary movements In different directions, resulting in occasional injuries to the knee (41: 9) (16:19)
The aim of the research is to determine the stability degree of the skill performance through the relative change in the skill and mechanical characteristics of the movement. The plays condition was changed and they reached the fatigue stage as they do during the match through the free shooting shooting during 60 seconds. It is a test to measure fatigue during shooting.
The issue of disability and the care of the disabled represents a noble humanitarian and civilized principle that emphasizes the need to respect the rights of the disabled and to provide them with the opportunity to integrate into society.
Test and measurement are of the most important evaluation tools that give trainers a clear vision of their players' and teams' level, the effectiveness of the training programs, the specification of players' training level and how developed the sportive achievement level. This can be achieved through putting standard levels for tests, This is done by setting standard levels of tests, thus clarifying the role and importance of theoretical (applied) scientific research in the codification of tests and measurements used in the training process and the competitive evaluation and evaluation of performance development.
The present age is characterized by rapid scientific progress in all life fields generally and in the physical education field in particular, so some teaching techniques emerged which shared in developing the educational process in order to build generation being able to face the rapid changes of this age.
