Comparison of Lower Limb Muscles Electromyography Activity Between Vertical and Long Jumps as a Certified Test of Muscle Power in Athletes
The aims of this study were to compare the difference of the EMG signal for the lower limbs Between Vertical and Long Jumps as a Certified Test of Muscle Power in Athletes. The performance of 14 Saudi elite athletes in different sports, the authors collected data by measuring EMG using DELESYS, one of the leading products in electrical activity measuring equipment by conducting vertical and long jump test, the main experiment was conducted on November 2019 in the biomechanics lab located inside the Biomechanics and Motor Behavior Department of the College of Sport Sciences and Physical Activity at King Saud University. The results of this study included that femoral muscles contributed most during the long jump test, tibial muscles contributed most during the vertical jump test, all muscles except for the anterior tibial muscle had high contribution rates in the long and vertical jump tests.

Structure Communication Skills scale for 4 x 100m relay contestants in the Receiving and Handling Area
The research aims to build a communication skills scale for 4×100 m relay racers in the delivery and delivery area. ReSearch question: What are the communication skills between the 4×100m relay racers in the delivery area? Search terms: Skills:* Communication It’s to take the best means of conveying and receiving information, meanings, ideas, concepts, feelings and opinions with another player or group of players and influence their convictions of what he wants, whether verbal or non-verbal, using words, signs, symbols, gestures or emotional emotional expressions. Area of Receiving and Handling: It is a specific area of 20 meters long located in the middle of the end line of distance for the first player and the starting line of the distance of the next player in which the relay stick is delivered and received, as preceded by ten meters called the area of increasing speed in which the Area of Receiving and Handling is not allowed(24 : 4)(30 : 90). Relay race 4x100m:* It is one of the track races that requires great individual effort as well as collective work the race is led by a team of four players each who cuts a specific distance in which he carries a short stick conveyed to the next player hand in hand within a specific area of 20 meters in addition to 10 meters increased speed in which to prevent receiving the stick.

The effect of consuming a natural food compound as an energy source on some biological and physical variables and the digital achievement level of the middle distance runners
The study aimed to identify the effect of consuming the proposed natural nutritional compound (honey + royal jelly + Panax ginseng) in certain proportions as a source of energy on some biological variables represented in (pulse rate, lactic acid concentration in the blood), and the physical (carrying speed) Muscle endurance, respiratory cycle endurance), and the digital level (1500 running time) of the sample in question, The researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature of conducting this study using one experimental group, as this classification depends on measuring biological, physical, and digital variables after consuming the sample under research the proposed natural food compound in standardized proportions estimated at (50 gm. honey + 40 mg royal jelly) + 500 mg of pancakes ginseng), the second measure without the suggested natural compound intake, The research sample was deliberately chosen from the students of the Assiut University team in the middle distance race for the academic year 2019 AD / 2020 AD, where the total sample reached (6) student players whose ages ranged between (18-19) years, and the most important results were that eating the proposed natural food compound from (Bee honey + royal jelly + ginseng plant) in metered ratios by mouth has a positive effect on reducing the concentration of lactic acid accumulated in the blood and working muscles as a result of high-intensity physical exertion of the sample under study, lower pulse rate, increased muscular endurance and higher level of performance Hence, an improvement in the digital level of the 1500-meter athlete is under investigation.

The effectiveness of a training program using gaming gymnastics on the level of some of the physical abilities and skills of the gymnasts
Research objectives:The research aims to design a training program using gymnastics games for young women in gymnastics to identify:1- The impact of the training program using gaming gymnastics on the level of physical abilities in question.2- The impact of a gymnastics training program on the kinetic learning level of young women in gymnastics.
First: the research sample:An intentional sample of (16) female athletes was selected from among the junior players in the Gymnastics School in Al-Zuhoor Club, whose ages ranged from 4 to 6 years. Poll studies were conducted on a sample of (8) players from outside the research sample.1- The reasons for sample selection: The two researchers trained members of this sample in Al-Zuhoor Club, which facilitated the implementation of the proposed program. • All members of the sample are in the same growth stage in which mental and kinetic maturity is converging. The age stage (4-6) years are the first stages of selection and training in gymnastics. The availability of material and human potentials in the club.2- Homogeneity of the research sampleIn order to ensure that the research sample members fall under the equilibrium curve, the two researchers conducted homogeneity among the members of the research sample in some of the following variables: (age - height - weight),

Building a Smartphone application to pair inertial sensors (Notch) for mechanical motion analysis
The current study aims to design a software for mechanical motion analysis using smart phones with the possibility of coupling the proposed software for motion analysis with inertia units [Notch motion capture unit],which uses wireless communication and aims for tracking and monitoring the movement in three-dimensional space, whether inside closed spaces or in open spaces without being restricted to a specific place ,With the possibility of sending real time values and issuing an instant report,The researcher came up with the design of the proposed program for smart phones and was able to pair it with Inertia measurement units “IMUs”. The accuracy of the proposed software calibration was also verified, through the synchronization practical application with the [Simi motion system].The researcher reached a correlation coefficient from medium to very strong. The lowest correlation coefficient was (0.59) in the vertical distance. which is medium, and (0.99) in the horizontal distance (0.98) in the angle . which is very strong. The current study also showed the ability of the system to track any movement in the space at fractions of a second with an interval (0.03 s).The value of the differences in measuring the max ”IMUs” m velocity of the straight punch between the two systems was limited to a min”IMUs” m (0.05 m/s) and a St.dv of (0.04 ±), a max ”IMUs” m of (0.19 m/s), and a St.dv of (0.13 ±).

Technical-Physical Evaluating of High Jump Athletes
Technical-Physical evaluation is the estimation of technical skills level of an athlete according to his physical ability. Clearly, vertical jump testing has numerous sport applications; but there are many different protocols being used to assess vertical jump ability and explosive power in athletes. This study presents an equation for evaluating the high jump athlete. The equation is to evaluate the actual performance of any athlete by a degree of ten using the simple and most efective factors. The paticipants were two groups (distinguished and non-distinguished). The authors used T test and Correlation coeffecient to prove the validity , realiability and the stability of the equation in order to evaluate the technical-physical skills. The results indicted that the equation is valid not only to evaluate the technical-physical skills, but also to predict the best personal record according to his physical ability. This method can motivate the athletes and the coaches to improve the physical abiltity and the personal record.
